Bikaner Sweet

If you find yourself in Connaught Place, you might have walked past us. We are Bikaner Sweet, located at Shop No 205/B in the M/3 Block. We sit inside AVG Bhawan right in the Middle Circle. It’s a very famous part of the city, and being in the Middle Circle means there’s never a quiet moment. We see everyone from office workers on their lunch break to tourists who look a bit lost with their maps. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have in AVG Bhawan. We spend our days arranging snacks and making sure everything looks decent in the display cases. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit when it gets really packed inside, but we do our best. Working in CP is a bit different than other parts of town because everything feels a bit more rushed. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up, set out the food, and wait for the morning rush to start. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the demand in such a busy block. We’ve been here long enough that we know some of the regulars by their usual orders. It’s just a normal sweet shop trying to stay on top of things in the heart of the city. We keep the floors swept and the counters wiped as much as we can.
