Bikaner Misthan Bhandar

Bikaner Misthan Bhandar is located in Dwarka at G-4, Manish Abhinav Plaza, Sec-5. It’s a busy little spot because Dwarka has so many people moving around all the time. We mostly deal with sweets and different kinds of snacks. The kitchen is always running, especially in the mornings when we start preparing the batches for the day. Being in Manish Abhinav Plaza means we get a lot of foot traffic from people doing their shopping. We have the usual glass counters filled with different items. It’s a bit cramped behind the counter when we have all the staff working, but we make it work. Sec-5 is a good location for us. We spend a lot of time weighing things out and packing boxes. The smell of frying and sugar is pretty much stuck in our clothes by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to have things ready when customers come in. The flooring is simple tile because it’s easy to wash down at night. Sometimes we run out of certain items early, and people get a bit annoyed, but that’s just how it goes with fresh food. We’ve been at this G-4 unit for a while now. It’s just a normal shop where people come for their daily sweets or a quick snack while they are out.
