Adarsh Engineering Works

Adarsh Engineering Works is located inside the Adarsh Complex, specifically at unit MCF-108. This is right on Malerna Road in the Adarsh Nagar area. The complex is a big building with many different businesses all working side by side. It is a very industrial feeling place. There are always people loading or unloading trucks in the driveway. Our unit is just one of many, but we have been here for a good amount of time. Inside, we have our lathes and other engineering machines set up. The space is a bit tight because we have a lot of equipment for the size of the room. It gets quite noisy when everyone is working at the same time. We don't have a lot of decoration on the walls, just some shelves for parts and tools. The lighting is okay, but we often use hand lamps to see the small details of the work. Malerna Road is a busy stretch, and there is always dust in the air from all the construction and traffic nearby. We usually have a tea break in the middle of the morning with the guys from the next unit over. It is a regular job in a regular part of town. We just show up, do what needs to be done with the metalwork, and head home when the shift is over. It’s a simple life.
