Balaji Collection

You can find us at number 4 in the Devi Sahai Market. Faridabad City is always a bit chaotic, but the market has its own way of working. Balaji Collection is a small spot, but we pack a lot into it. It’s one of those places where you have to move a few things to get to the back. We’ve got stuff piled up, but I know where everything is, mostly. The market gets very crowded on the weekends, and it can be hard to even walk through the aisles. I’ve been working here for years and I’ve seen many shops come and go, but we’re still here at number 4. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to close up and do it. We talk to the other shopkeepers a lot. We’re all in the same boat, trying to make a living. People come in looking for specific things and we do our best to find them in the stacks. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a real market shop. Faridabad is a tough city sometimes, but the people are good. We just keep the lights on and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a lot of standing around and a lot of folding things back up. That’s just the way it is here in the market. It's simple and it works for us.
