Pure Punjabi Hub

We are located at Shop Number 17 in the NIT area of Faridabad, specifically in Market Number 1. This market is always crowded with shoppers and people running their daily errands. Our shop is just one of many in a long row, but we have been here for a while now. The space inside isn't very big, so we have to be organized with how we store things and where people sit. Each morning, we pull up the shutters and start the day by cleaning the floors and wiping down the counters. It’s a very manual job. We don’t have any automated systems or high-tech gadgets. We just use our hands and our time to get the food ready. The kitchen is small and it gets quite hot when the stoves are all going at once. We see a lot of the same people every day, like other shop owners from NIT or people who live in the nearby blocks. They just want a place to sit for a few minutes and have a bite to eat. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our only goal is to make sure we don't run out of ingredients before the end of the day. It is a simple life in a busy market. We do our best to keep things clean and keep the service moving. If you are walking through Market 1, you will probably see us there, just working away like everyone else.
