Our little shop, Artefacts, is located at 577, Sector-9. It is a quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the city. I’ve been running this place for a while now. I mostly just pick out things that I think are interesting or look nice and put them out for sale. It’s not a very big shop, but it is enough for me. Sector-9 is mostly houses, so I get a lot of local people stopping by while they are out for a walk. I don't have a big staff, it's just me here most days. I spend a lot of time dusting the shelves and rearranging things. I don't use any fancy computer for the billing, just a simple book where I write things down. The shop has a large front window that lets in a lot of afternoon sun. It’s a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. I’m not trying to run a huge business or anything like that. I just like having a place where people can find something a bit different. Some days are very quiet and I don't sell a single thing, but that is okay. I enjoy the conversations I have with the neighbors who pop in to say hello. It’s a relaxed kind of place. If you ever find yourself in Sector-9, look for the number 577. The door is usually open if the weather is nice. It’s just a simple, honest little shop.
