Bajaj Allainz General Insurance Company Ltd is located at House No 32 in Sector 18. This is in the Old Faridabad area. It’s an actual house that we use for the office. It’s a quiet street compared to the main market. We’ve been operating out of this house for some time. You can see the number 32 clearly on the gate. Inside it looks like an office but it still feels like a home in some ways. We have the computers set up in what used to be the living room. It’s comfortable enough for us to do our work. People from Sector 18 know us as the insurance place on the corner. We don’t have big flashy lights. Just a small board out front. Old Faridabad is a bit crowded so finding the right sector can be tricky if you aren't from here. But once you’re on our street it’s peaceful. We deal with general insurance mostly. Accidents, health, that kind of thing. People come in with their papers and we sit down and look through them. It’s just a few of us working here. We aren't a massive call center. It’s more personal. You come in, sit on the plastic chairs, and we talk. It’s a straightforward way to run a branch. Bajaj Allainz General Insurance Company Ltd stays busy enough without being overwhelming.
