B S Industries

B S Industries is tucked away at D-Mcf-53 in the Bhagat Singh Colony area of Sector-3. It’s more of a residential-industrial mix around here, so you see a lot of the same faces every day. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup where we can get our manufacturing work done without too much distraction. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels more like a community than just a workplace. We don’t have a big HR department or any of those corporate things. We just have a list of things that need to be made and we get to it. The shop floor is where I spend most of my time, making sure the machines are running okay. It can get a bit loud, and in the summer the fans don’t do much, but we get by. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make good products that people can actually use. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and we might take a break for some tea. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still make sure we meet our deadlines. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because word of mouth in the colony usually does the trick for us.
