B L Kashyap Sons Limited

Down in Sector 17 of Faridabad, things stay pretty busy most of the week. B L Kashyap Sons Limited has been operating out of house number 1047 for a while. It’s a decent neighborhood, and being in Haryana, we get all kinds of weather, from the dusty winds to the heavy rains in monsoon. The office is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a glass building or anything like that. It’s just a solid place where we handle our daily business. We have some old desks and files piled up, which probably looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Our neighbors are mostly other residents and small offices, so it feels more like a community than a business park. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that gives us a chance to talk about things other than work. We don't really do much advertising. Most of the people who come here already know what we do or have been sent by a friend. It's funny how word spreads in a place like Faridabad. We just try to keep our heads down and finish whatever is on the desk. Every evening, we lock up and head home like everyone else in the sector. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it works for us and the people we deal with. We hope to stay here for many more years to come and keep doing what we do.
