House No 784 in Sector 28 isn't just a home, it’s where we run Azfas Quality Consultants. Operating out of a house in Faridabad makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a tall office building. We have the front room set up with a few desks and a printer that occasionally decides it doesn't want to work. Most of our day is spent checking over standards and making sure the reports are accurate. It’s a lot of reading and ticking boxes, which sounds boring to some, but we find a rhythm in it. The neighbors are used to seeing people come and go for meetings. We often sit in the small garden area when the weather is nice to discuss the latest projects. Faridabad has its own pace, and Sector 28 is a quiet enough place to actually get some thinking done. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People find us because they’ve heard about what we do from someone else. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We know the courier guy by name and he knows where to leave the parcels if we are out. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, we just want to make sure the work we do from this house is solid. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of quality manuals to get through.
