Awadh Engineers & Fabricators

Awadh Engineers & Fabricators is over at Plot No-667, Sector-30 in Old Faridabad. The sector is pretty crowded with small shops and workshops like ours. You can hear the hum of the city all day long. Our plot is tucked away, but once you find it, you’ll see we have quite a bit of work going on. The walls are stained with grease and the floor is always covered in scraps of metal. It’s an engineering spot, so there are tools lying around everywhere. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the paperwork, but nobody spends much time sitting there. Most of the day is spent out on the floor with the welding machines and the lathes. It gets very bright when the sparks start flying. Old Faridabad is a place where everyone knows their neighbor. We often go over to the shop next door if we need to borrow a specific wrench or just to chat about the weather. The roof is made of corrugated sheets, so when it rains, it gets so loud you can’t hear yourself talk. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the number 667 painted on the pillar. It’s a practical workspace for the kind of work we do. We show up early, do the work, and lock up when the sun goes down. There isn't much more to it than that. It is just where we work every day.
