Auchan

Our Auchan branch is located at 987, Sector 28 in Faridabad. It’s a straightforward neighborhood, and we’re right in the middle of it. Most of our day is spent making sure the shelves are stocked and the floors are clean enough for people coming through. It’s a local spot where people from the nearby houses pop in for what they need. We’ve been at this Faridabad location for a while now. It gets pretty hectic on the weekends when everyone is off work, but we manage. The staff here is mostly local, so we know the area well. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us gets a ladder and fixes it. It’s that kind of place. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy Tuesday afternoon, things can get a bit messy. That’s just the nature of retail. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just sell things that people use in their everyday lives. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the scanner acts up, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and talking to customers, which can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We like being a part of Sector 28. It feels like a real community where we’re just one of the regular stops people make.
