Wah Bhai Wah

Wah Bhai Wah is our little spot in Shop No-101, over in Sector-7 of Faridabad. We are right there in the Hudda Market, which is usually buzzing with people doing their daily shopping. It’s a basic food shop where we focus on getting the flavors right for the local crowd. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just our one location here where we put in the hours every day. The market can be pretty chaotic, especially on weekends when everyone is out and about. We’ve been serving the people of Sector-7 for a while now and we know what they like. Our kitchen is small but we keep it moving fast. Most of our customers are regulars who live just a few blocks away. They come in, grab a bite, and chat for a minute. We don't have fancy decorations or a polished corporate look. The walls are simple and the chairs are just for sitting. We think the food should be the main thing anyway. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it's been a particularly busy afternoon, but that’s just how it goes with fresh cooking. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, clean up, and do it all over again the next morning. It’s a simple life running a shop in Faridabad, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
