We’ve been here at House No 325 for a while now. It’s a quiet part of Sector 15A in Faridabad, which is mostly a residential area with some businesses like ours mixed in. Most mornings start the same way with one of us unlocking the main gate and checking the mailbox. The house is an older building, and you can see that in the way the window frames look or how the floor tiles are a bit worn down in places. It gets quite hot in Haryana during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working right. People walk by on the street and sometimes look in, but mostly it’s just us doing our daily tasks. There is a small market nearby where we usually go to get some lunch or a quick cup of tea when we need a break from looking at the walls. The stairs inside the house are a bit narrow, so moving our desks in was a bit of a struggle at first. We have a few simple tables set up in the main room and some files stacked in the corner. It isn't a fancy corporate office, just a practical place where we can sit and get things done. We like this part of town because it feels more like a real neighborhood. Sometimes the neighbor's dog won't stop barking, but you get used to it after a while.
