Ashok Kumar Gautam Advocate

My office is in Sector 12, right in the Lawters Chamber area. Specifically, you can find me at 2462A C 533 in Faridabad. It is a crowded building full of other people doing similar work, but we have our own corner. I have been practicing as an advocate for a long time. The office is full of law books and old files that have built up over the years. Ashok Kumar Gautam is the name on my plate. I don't go for anything flashy. The chairs are old but comfortable enough for the clients who sit and wait their turn. Most days are spent reading through documents or going back and forth to the courts nearby. It's a lot of walking and a lot of talking. My assistant helps me keep the calendar straight, though sometimes we still get a bit behind. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where the chamber is. Dealing with the law is serious, but we try to keep the atmosphere in the office fairly calm. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the details of a case. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls. It's just a room in a busy building where we try to help people solve their problems. There is always a stack of papers waiting for me every morning. We just take it one file at a time until the day is over and the sun goes down over Faridabad.
