Artefact Projects Jv

We are currently operating out of H No 6 in Sector 16 A, which is a fairly quiet part of Faridabad. It is a residential house that we have converted into an office space for this joint venture. Haryana can get very hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are filled and running. The house has a small porch where we sometimes sit and talk about the day’s work. Inside, the rooms are a bit of a mix of office furniture and the original home layout. We have cables running across the floor to connect all the computers, and the dining table has basically become our main meeting spot. It is not the kind of place where you would expect to find a project office, but it works well for us. We are close to the main roads, so it is easy to get out to the different sites we need to visit. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and not block the driveways with our vehicles. There is a small park nearby where some of the staff go for a walk during lunch. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call or stop by, you will just talk to one of the engineers or clerks. It is a simple, functional way to run the projects without any unnecessary corporate layers or complications.
