Arshya Engineers & Fabrication (P) Ltd

Down here in Village Dumsa, it’s a bit quieter than the big cities. Arshya Engineers & Fabrication (P) Ltd is set up right here in the Palwal district. Our mailing address is through Gadpuri. We do fabrication work, mostly making parts for bigger machines or structures. It’s a workshop environment, so there is always the sound of welding or grinding going on in the background. We have a small team of guys from the surrounding villages who know their way around a welding torch. We started this place because we wanted to work closer to home rather than commuting all the way into the city every day. The workshop is a bit dusty, and we have to sweep it out every evening, but it’s a good space. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy titles. We just have the work that needs to get done. Sometimes we get a tricky design that takes us a few tries to get right, but that’s just part of engineering. We mostly work with local clients who know they can just drive over and talk to us face-to-face. We don't have a receptionist; if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We just focus on the metal in front of us and try to make sure everything we build is solid and holds up like it’s supposed to for the people who need it.
