Even though the name says Ariba India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon, we are actually located in Faridabad. Our place is House No 2603 in Sector 16. It is a residential house that we use for our operations. Working out of a house is different than being in a tall office building. It’s a bit more private and quiet. Sector 16 is a pretty established area in Faridabad, so the roads are okay and there are trees along the sidewalk. We use the rooms as different office sections. One room is for the computers, another for storage, and we have a small space where we sit and talk about what needs to happen next. There is a small gate at the front and a bit of a porch where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. The pin code is 121002 if you’re looking us up on a map. It’s not a flashy place, just a solid brick building where we spend our nine-to-five. We deal with all the typical office stuff like paperwork and emails. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, but we manage. Being in a house makes the workday feel a little less stiff. We don't have a canteen, so we just share whatever snacks we brought. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big commercial plaza. We just focus on the work and keep things moving.
