You can find our office at F 2 115 in Charmwood Village, right off Surajkund Road in Faridabad. It is a bit of a different vibe here compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We have set up the American Express operations in a space that feels more like a part of the local community. Ashok K Nayak is the name you’ll see on the documents. It’s a functional space above everything else. There are desks pushed against the walls and plenty of filing cabinets that are usually stuffed full of papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through various spreadsheets. It isn't a high-tech lab; it’s just a room with some people working hard. We’ve got some plants on the windowsills, though they have definitely seen better days. The commute here is okay since we are near the main road, but the traffic can be a total nightmare on festival days. Inside, we try to keep things calm and focused. We don't have corporate meetings or long speeches. We just talk across the room to get things settled and move on to the next task. Sometimes we stay late when the work piles up, and other days we manage to get out a bit early. It’s an honest way to earn a living. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just speak plain English.
