American Express

Our workspace is located at House No 206 in Sector 21B of Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually quiet enough to actually get things done without too much noise from the road. Being in a house means the kitchen is right there, which is very handy for making lunch or a quick snack. We are representing American Express from this spot, and it’s a very local way of doing things. You won’t find any big corporate banners hanging outside the gate. It’s just a regular house where we have our computers and files set up in the main rooms. We deal with a lot of paperwork every single day. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in forms, but we sort it out eventually. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street over the years. In the mornings, you see people heading to work, and by the time we are finishing up, the sun is usually setting behind the nearby houses. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't use big words or fancy talk when people call us. If someone has a problem with their account, we just try to fix it. The furniture is a bit old, and the chairs squeak a little when you move, but it’s homey. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while and like the slower pace.
