If you ever find yourself at the Minar Gate Chowk in Palwal, you’re right near where we work. Altaf Ahmad is the name on the door, and this is where we do our business every day. It’s a busy spot, 121 zip code, and there is always something happening right outside. The traffic can be a bit much, especially on market days, but you get used to the honking and the shouting after a while. Our office is a simple place. We don't have any of that high-end furniture or fancy lighting you see in the big cities. It’s just a couple of rooms with the basics—desks, chairs, and some cupboards for our files. We spend a lot of time talking to people who drop by and managing our daily tasks. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do. We just work hard and try to stay on top of things. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not really a priority right now. We’d rather focus on the work itself. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't part of some big global machine. It’s just us here in Palwal, doing what we know how to do. We take things as they come and don't worry too much about being the biggest or the best. We just try to be reliable for the people who need us.
