Aggarwal Properties

We are based over at 176 Moti Colony in Palwal. It’s a local property office and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a bit. People in the Fbd area know us as Aggarwal Properties. We don’t have a flashy storefront with big neon lights or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we sit down and talk about houses and land. Most days it’s just me and a couple of guys I’ve known for years. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different spots or waiting for people to show up for appointments. Sometimes they are late and sometimes they don't show at all, but that’s just part of the job. Moti Colony is a good place to be, it’s got a decent feel to it and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We drink a lot of water and chai while we wait for the phone to ring. We don't have a big website or a fancy way of doing things. If you want to talk about a property, you just come by and sit in one of the plastic chairs we have. We try to be helpful and give people the facts without any of the extra talk. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work out okay for us and the local people who live around here.
