A P M Engineering Works

We are located at E-260-61 in Sector 23, over in Sanjay Colony. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there are a lot of workshops and small factories nearby. Our days are filled with the sounds of metal being worked on and the hum of motors. We do a lot of engineering work here, which involves a lot of measuring and double-checking things. The floor is always covered in tiny metal shavings, and no matter how much we sweep, they always come back. We have a few old machines that have been with us since we started. They aren't the newest models, but they are reliable if you know how to handle them. The office area is just a corner with a table and a couple of chairs. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. It gets really humid in the monsoon season, and the metal starts to feel damp, so we have to be extra careful about rust. We have a small cooler for water, which is a lifesaver in June. Sometimes a neighbor drops by to borrow a wrench or just to complain about the electricity bills. We don’t do much advertising; people just see the sign and walk in. It’s a steady life, focused on getting the pieces right and keeping the machines running. We just get through the day like everyone else in the colony.
