Aman Bricks Field

Aman Bricks Field is located in Village Baldhanpurva. It’s under the Rudauli Thana and the post office is in Bari. Being out here in the village means we are close to the source of the materials we need. We’ve been making bricks here for quite some time now. It’s a quiet area mostly, except for when the trucks are moving in and out. The work starts early in the morning when the air is still cool. We have a group of local workers who handle the molding and the stacking. It's a tough job and their hands get really worn down from the clay. We don't really bother with city talk or fancy business plans. We just focus on getting the kiln fired up and making sure the bricks are solid enough for building. Sometimes the weather plays tricks on us and we lose a batch to a sudden downpour, which is frustrating but part of the game. Most of our customers are locals from Baldhanpurva or nearby places like Rudauli. They know where to find us. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. People see the bricks and they decide if they want them for their houses. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We stay here in the village, keep our heads down, and just keep the production going as long as the weather stays dry and the clay is good. It is a simple life.
