Pancholy-I Farm Industries Private Limited is run from 18-Hukam Villa in Jaswant Nagar. It is a family-oriented kind of place. We’ve been involved in farm industries for a while now. The house where we work from has been in the family, and we converted part of it into our office. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and samples, but it works for us. We deal with various aspects of farming and industry. Sometimes it’s about equipment, and other times it’s about the produce itself. Jaswant Nagar is a quiet area, which is good because we can focus on our work without too much noise. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to do good work and keep the business going for the next generation. My cousins and I often sit down to figure out the week's plan. It’s not always organized perfectly. Sometimes we forget to call someone back right away, but we always get to it eventually. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just work with farms. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some maps or ledgers. It’s a steady life. We take the bad days with the good ones. The farming business is unpredictable, so we’ve learned not to get too stressed when things don't go exactly as planned. We keep it simple and just do what needs doing every single morning when we start our day.
