Minit Engineers India (P) Ltd.

We are tucked away on Nasiyanur Road in the Semampalayam area of Erode. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city center, which suits us just fine. Minit Engineers India (P) Ltd. started out small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded even as we’ve grown a bit. Our address at 138/5 is where all the engineering work happens. We have the workshop and the office area all together. It smells like metal and oil most of the time, but that’s the nature of the job. We have a handful of machines that keep us busy from morning till evening. The staff here mostly lives nearby in Villarasampatty or other parts of Erode, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over tea. We do a lot of technical work, making parts and fixing things that people bring in. It takes a lot of patience and sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific project. The road outside has been getting busier lately, but it’s still a decent place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tamil Nadu. We just want to do our engineering work right and keep the machines running. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for years now with the same reliable team.
