Shivasakthi Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is based at No 21, Vairam Street in the Municipal Colony area of Erode. We’ve been here in Tamil Nadu for quite a few years now. The street is usually pretty lively, especially when the local market is in full swing. Our building is a typical Erode structure, nothing too fancy but it serves its purpose well. We have our workspace set up to handle the daily tasks of the fashion trade. There’s always the sound of machines humming in the background. It’s a sound we’ve grown to like over time because it means we are getting work done. The staff here at No 21 Vairam Street are mostly locals who have been in the textile industry for most of their lives. They have a lot of practical knowledge that you can’t really learn from a book. We don’t bother with big corporate speeches or polished presentations. Instead, we spend our time checking the quality of the fabric and making sure the orders are ready for shipping.
