V G Lungies

Our place is in Namakkal, specifically over in Komarapalayam at Sathyapuri. We have been working out of this spot at No. 18 Vh / 2 for quite some time. Lungies are what we do. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The area around here is known for textiles, so we fit right in with the other shops and small units nearby. It is not a flashy office or a big showroom. It is a practical space where we handle the stock and talk to people who come by. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while watching the street. Other days, we are moving bundles around and trying to get everything organized. The dust can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning. We just have the lungies and the shelves they sit on. People know us in the neighborhood, and we know them. It feels like a small community even though things are changing around Namakkal. We just keep doing what we know how to do. If someone needs a good lungi that lasts, they know where to find us. We don't put on any airs about it. It is just our daily work and we try to do it right.
