You can find us at No. 133 Muttur Road. We are on the first floor, right across from the Hotel Arun Ganesh. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the hotel is. At IT Value, we spend our time surrounded by computer parts. There are usually three or four laptops opened up on the main bench with their insides showing. We have wires running everywhere and a bin full of old keyboards that we might use for spare keys one day. The room always has that smell of warm electronics and solder. Since we are on the first floor, we get a good view of the traffic on Muttur Road. It’s noisy, especially during the lunch rush at the hotel across the way. We sell computers, but a lot of what we do is just fixing things that people broke by accident. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to folks. If a hard drive is dead, we just say it's dead and show them why. We aren't a polished retail store with bright lights. It’s a bit dusty and the shelves are crowded with monitors and boxes of cables. We just like fixing stuff and making sure people can get back to their work. If you come by and we are busy, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a solder job.
