We are located over on South Thottam Street in Kembanaickenpalayam. It is a bit of a long name to say, but we just call it home. Being in the Erode district means things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities, and we prefer it that way. Our office is situated on numbers 29 and 30. We do management consulting, which basically means we help local businesses figure out their problems and how to grow a bit better. It is not always easy, but it is interesting work. The team is small, and we have all known each other for quite a while now. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up, look at the books or the operations, and offer some practical advice. People around Sathy know us mostly by word of mouth. Sometimes we have clients come by the office, and we sit down with some coffee to talk things through. It is a very grounded way of doing business. The building is simple, and we do not bother with much decoration. The focus is always on the clients' needs. We have seen a lot of changes in the local economy over the years, and we try to stay updated on what is happening. It is a lot of reading and a lot of talking to people. We are just a group of people trying to be useful in our corner of Tamil Nadu.
