Emayam Computers

You can find Emayam Computers at 161 Cutchery Street, right across from the Taluk Office. Being situated opposite the Taluk Office means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. Many of them are there for official business and sometimes they realize they need something printed or fixed, so they pop over to see us. Cutchery Street is an old part of town with a lot of history and it feels very lived-in. Our shop is a simple place with a few benches and a lot of old computer parts sitting around. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to technology. It’s not the biggest shop in the world, but it serves us well. The tea shop next door is where we usually get our morning start. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait, chatting with whoever is around. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate setup; it's just a few of us working at our desks. People know us by name around here, which is nice. It gets quite busy during the middle of the day when the government office is in full swing. We just keep our heads down and work through the repairs and whatever else comes through the door. It’s a steady life on Cutchery Street.
