The office has what we need, desks, chairs, and some fans to keep the air moving. We deal with various tech tasks throughout the week. Sometimes the power acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. Most of us are locals or from nearby towns. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The Nallroad area is pretty quiet for the most part. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. We don't have fancy lobbies. You walk in, see the workstations, and see people busy with their screens. It’s a lot of focus and quiet talk during the day. We like the pace here in Erode, it’s not as rushed as Chennai or Bangalore. There’s a tea shop around the corner that we go to when we need a break. The owner knows our orders. Our office space has some old wooden tables that have been around for years.
