You can find our shop on the ground floor of Lulu Mall in Edappally, specifically at unit G 04. Being in such a huge mall means we are surrounded by a lot of noise and people all day long. It’s quite a contrast to some of our other locations. We are right on NH 17, which everyone knows is always packed with cars. Inside the mall, it’s a bit different. We have our pens and accessories laid out in the glass cases. It’s a small space, but we try to make the most of it. There is always a lot of dust that comes from having so many people walking past the entrance, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. The staff here is mostly local folks who enjoy the air conditioning during the hot months. We don't have a big back room, so most of our stock is right there on the floor. We aren't the kind of place that shouts at you with posters. It’s more of a quiet corner in a very loud building. People usually stop in while they are doing their other shopping at Lulu. We talk to collectors and people just looking for a gift. It’s a steady stream of faces, and we just try to keep things tidy and answer questions when they come up. It's just our little spot in Edappally. We get to work, unlock the cases, and wait for the morning crowd to arrive.
