Trident Systems & Services

Trident Systems & Services is located right at the Pipeline Junction on Thammanam Road. If you know Kochi well, specifically the Palarivattom area, you have probably passed by us a few times. We have been here for a good while now, dealing with all sorts of system repairs and technical services. The traffic at the junction can be a bit much sometimes, but it makes it easy for people to drop off their gear on their way through town. Our workspace is usually filled with open computers and various tools we use throughout the day. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It’s a place where work actually happens. We get a lot of regular customers from around Palarivattom who just need their stuff to work again. Sometimes the problems are simple and other times they take a lot of figuring out. We just take it as it comes. There’s no big manual for how every day should go here. We just open up and see what the day brings. The heat in Kochi can be tough in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just get on with the tasks at hand. Thammanam Road is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street, but we are used to it by now. It’s a decent place to work and we know the neighborhood well.
