If you know the Vyttila Ponnurunni Road, you know it stays pretty busy most of the time. That’s where we are. Cochin Web Hosting started because a few of us were into servers and how the internet actually works behind the scenes. We don't have a massive call center. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting in the office making sure the servers stay up and running like they should. Hosting isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the power cuts in the area give us a bit of a scare, but we’ve got backups for that. It’s a lot of monitoring screens and checking data. We get all sorts of local businesses asking us about getting their sites online. We try to explain things simply without using too much jargon because not everyone is a tech expert. The office is a bit small, tucked away on the road, but it works for what we need. You can usually find a bunch of wires and maybe a half-empty coffee cup on the desks. We’ve been around this part of Cochin for a bit now. People stop by sometimes just to ask a quick question about their domain or email. It’s a straightforward business. No big speeches or polished presentations here. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to make sure everything stays online 24/7.
