You can find us at the M S Complex on Deshabhimani Road in Kaloor. We’ve been operating Thushar Communication from this spot for a while now. It’s a busy street and there is always something happening right outside our door. We mostly deal with everyday communication needs for people in the Ernakulam area. It might be mobile stuff, connections, or just helping someone figure out a piece of tech they’re struggling with. We don't have a big corporate structure here; it’s just a local shop where we try to be useful. Some days we are flooded with people and other days it is just us catching up on paperwork. We’ve seen Kaloor change quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in the same complex. We aren't trying to be the biggest business in town, just a reliable one where you can get an honest answer. Sometimes we have to tell people that a repair will take longer than they want, but we’d rather be truthful than make promises we can’t keep. It’s a small space, filled with wires and gadgets, but we know where everything is. If you are walking down Deshabhimani Road, you can just pop in. We don't do much marketing, we just focus on the customers who walk through the door and try to help them out with whatever they need that day. We keep things pretty simple and straightforward here at our Kaloor location.
