Lumiere Strategic Design

Lumiere Strategic Design is based out of Kalamassery in Ernakulam. We have been here for a bit, working from this part of town which is quite handy given the proximity to everything in the 683104 area. Kalamassery has its own rhythm, separate from the main city rush but still busy enough. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we sit down and look at designs and plans all day. The work involves a lot of thinking and mapping things out before we actually start the physical part of a project. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is approaching, and the quiet of the neighborhood at night is actually quite nice for focusing. We are not into big slogans or anything. We just take the projects that come our way and try to do a decent job on them. A lot of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people about what they need. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Moving around Ernakulam for meetings can take a while with the traffic, so we appreciate being stationed here in Kalamassery. It feels like a good, honest place to run a business. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the table.
