Taste Mix Spices

Taste Mix Spices is located right at Kariyad Junction in Angamaly. If you're driving through this part of the world, you know it’s a spot where people are always moving. We have been here for a bit, working out of this small place. It's not a corporate office with air conditioning and desks. It’s a working space where we handle different spice blends. Most of the time, we are busy with the weighing scales or sealing up packets. It gets pretty hot during the afternoons, and the air is always thick with the scent of pepper and cardamom. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One person might be loading a truck while another is checking the quality of a batch. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we put out is good enough for people's kitchens. Sometimes the power goes out or the deliveries are late, but we manage. It’s a local business through and through. You can find us easily because we’re right by the junction where all the roads meet. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every single day. We don't use any fancy logos or slogans. We just get on with the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the junction traffic. It is a loud place, but we are used to it.
