Slice Of Spice

Slice Of Spice is sitting right on the ground floor of Asvass Tower. We’re located at S N Junction on Civil Line Road in Palarivattom. It’s a very busy intersection in Ernakulam, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We’re close to the Statue Of Sreenarayanaguru, which is a big landmark around here. Working on the ground floor means we see everyone passing by on the sidewalk. The 682025 area is always full of life. We spend a lot of our time just managing the daily rush. It gets quite hot in this part of India, and our kitchen is no exception. We focus on getting the food out to the tables without making people wait too long. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a polished corporate look. The walls are just walls and the furniture is functional. It’s a place for people to come and eat, nothing more. We’ve got a staff that works hard and we all know our roles. From the early morning when the deliveries arrive to the late evening when we finally lock up the doors at Asvass Tower, it’s a long day. We just try to do a decent job and keep the place running smoothly. It’s just us, doing our thing in Palarivattom, making sure the spice is right in everything we cook.
