We have our office in St. Antony's Shopping Complex. It’s at 3/546 V in Kizhakkambalam. We are Sera Granites India Private Limited. As you can tell by the name, we deal with granite stone. It’s heavy work and keeps us on our toes most days. Ernakulam has a lot of construction going on right now, so we stay fairly busy. Our shop in the complex is where we handle the orders and talk to customers who walk in. It’s not a huge space, but we have samples tucked in the corners. You might find a bit of dust here and there on the tables, but that's just the nature of working with stone. We’ve been in this community for a good bit of time. People know where to find us if they need something for their house or a building project. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the desk waiting for the phone to ring. We talk to the guys at the quarries and the truck drivers every single day. It’s straightforward work. No one here wears a suit or looks very fancy. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the day’s tasks. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about the different types of stone we have available. It’s just how we run things here.
