We’re based out of Anjali Flat in the C. P. Nagar area of Cochin. It’s a residential-style setup, which works for us since we spend most of our time on the phone or handling documents. The neighborhood is okay, though the post office nearby gets crowded. We deal with exports, mainly focusing on getting things from point A to point B without too many headaches. Our office is just a room in the flat filled with files and a couple of desks. It can get a bit disorganized during the busy seasons, but we know where everything is. Cochin is a big hub for this kind of work, so being here makes sense. We’ve been here for a while and haven’t felt the need to move to a bigger place. It’s just easier to keep things small and manageable. We don't have a staff of dozens. It's a couple of us doing the legwork. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which makes things frustrating when we need to send out emails, but we deal with it. We usually grab tea from the shop down the street when we need a break. It's a simple life here. We handle the orders as they come in and try to stay on top of the shipping schedules. It's not a glamorous job, just steady work in a quiet part of town. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
