You can find us on the first floor of P C Chambers. We are tucked away in Asherbhavan Lane in Kacherippady. It’s right in front of Asherbhavan, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the area. Ernakulam is full of these little lanes. Our office is just a regular room with some tables and a lot of binders full of plans. Wedding stuff takes up a lot of space, so there are samples and fabric bits here and there. It’s not a polished studio. It feels more like a workshop most days. We like being in Kacherippady because it’s central. The 682018 area is pretty active. We’ve spent a lot of time here, through the hot summers and the monsoons. The building itself, P C Chambers, is an older one, but it’s sturdy. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one on the door. It’s mostly just us working through schedules and talking to vendors on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't use fancy talk. We just tell people what can be done and what can't. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most people who come by are local. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the list for the next week. It is just life.
