Royal Spices

You can find Royal Spices over at 3023, Samskara Junction. We are right in the heart of Thammanam. The smell of the spices is usually the first thing people notice before they even see the sign. We’ve been here at this junction for a while now. It’s a small shop, but we pack it full of whatever we can get our hands on. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment. It’s mostly just us, some scales, and a lot of jars and bags. The street outside is always moving, but inside it feels a bit slower. We spend a lot of time cleaning and sorting through things to make sure they are right. It’s a bit of a messy business sometimes, with dust from the pepper or the turmeric getting everywhere. We don’t mind it much. It’s just part of the job. Most of our customers are locals who live right around Thammanam. They come in for a bit of this or a bit of that. We try to keep things simple. There’s no big corporate office behind us. It’s just a local business trying to make a living. Some days we have more stock than we know what to do with. Other days it's quieter and we just sit and talk with whoever wanders in. We like the pace of life here. It's not fancy, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
