Quickfish Private Limited is located on South Janatha Road. We are part of the Customs Colony, specifically 35/1691 A. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. Even though the address says Idukki for some of the registration filings, we are right here in the Palarivattom area most of the time. We focus on fish, which is why the name is what it is. It’s not a complicated business model to understand. We get the product and we move it as fast as we can. The office is usually full of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and people working at the docks. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. You might get some smell of the sea on your clothes if you spend too much time with the cargo. We just try to keep the fish moving fast so they stay fresh for the customers. That’s the main thing we worry about. We have a small crew and we all know what to do without being told. No one wears a suit here. We wear what’s comfortable for a long day of physical and mental work. It’s a practical kind of place. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the neighborhood. There’s always something going on.
