Project Engineer

Project Engineer is located over in Ashwin Nagar, specifically in the Shrawan Sector of Nashik. Nashik is a big city, but this particular part feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood where people actually know each other. We’ve been set up at Ssa 72 for some time now. Our day usually starts early with a lot of tea and then we dive into the project files. We don’t have a marketing team or a sales department. It’s just us doing the engineering work that needs to be done for local buildings and infrastructure. It gets busy during certain times of the year, and the office can get a bit messy with all the paperwork and dusty site boots lying around the entrance. We don't mind the mess. It shows we are actually working and not just sitting around. We try to be very practical about everything we do. If a design doesn't work, we say so directly. We don't try to sugarcoat things just to make a client happy for a minute. That’s not how we do things here in Maharashtra. People around here value honesty and hard work above everything else. We mostly work with local materials and local crews when we can. Every day is a bit different, depending on which site is having an issue or which plan needs a quick revision. We just stay focused on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. It's a regular job.
