Tata Projects Ltd

Our office is situated in Ernakulam, specifically at the Karuthedathu house in the Vezhaparambu area of Mulanthuruthy. It's a bit of a local setup since it's based at this house address for Tata Projects Ltd. Kerala is very green and beautiful, and Mulanthuruthy is no exception. Being in a house rather than a commercial block makes the workday feel a bit different. It is much quieter than being in the middle of a big city like Kochi. We have set up our workspace inside, using the rooms for our computers and project documents. It is a very honest and practical way to run things. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. The neighbors know us, and we are just part of the local community there. Usually, it's just a small team of us handling the local site requirements. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the daily schedules. The atmosphere is very relaxed but we still get everything done. It is not about having a fancy office with glass walls. It’s about having a place to coordinate our work. The 682314 area is where we spend most of our time. We like the fact that it’s a bit more personal and grounded. It’s just a regular house where we do our business every day. We manage the paperwork and keep things organized for the field teams.
