Plant Lipids Condiments Private Limited

Our place is located at Door No. 11/573 in Kadayiruppu, which is near Kolenchery. If you walk near our building, you can usually smell whatever we’re working on that day. Dealing with plant lipids and condiments means there’s always a strong scent of spices in the air. It’s a busy spot in Kunnathunad. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly workers from the surrounding villages. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. The floors are concrete and the walls are filled with shelves of samples and jars. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the batches are right. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it ourselves. It’s just part of the job. We’ve been here in Ernakulam for quite a while now. The rain here can be really heavy, and sometimes the courtyard floods a bit, but we just put on our boots and keep going. We don’t really do much marketing. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they see our trucks on the road. It’s a practical business. We focus on the product and let everything else take care of itself. We usually wrap up around six in the evening, unless there’s a big order that needs to get out by morning. It's just hard work and a lot of spices. We like it that way.
