Odds & Ends

Odds & Ends is a small place located in the Ernakulam area of Cochin. Like the name says, we have a bit of everything here in the shop. We aren't part of any big shopping mall; we are just a regular shop on a standard street. The air here in Cochin always has a bit of a salty feel to it because the water isn't far away. We spend our time going through our stock and making sure things are on the shelves where they belong. It is the kind of place where someone might walk in looking for one specific thing and end up finding something else entirely. We don't have a big online presence or a fancy website. Most of the people who come in are just neighbors or locals who are out doing their daily shopping. Because we keep the windows open, a lot of dust comes in from the street, so there is constant cleaning to be done. We have a small counter where we sit when things are quiet, just watching the traffic go by. Ernakulam is a very busy place, so there is always something to look at outside. We try to keep things very simple and straightforward. We don't have a big staff or a set of complicated rules. We just try to be helpful when a customer is searching for a particular household item or a small part.
