Natural Spices

Our place is in the St. Sebastians Complex over in Kunnukara P.O. If you know Kuttipuzha, it’s not hard to find us. It is a small setup, nothing too big. We have been working with natural spices for a good number of years. Most of the time, we are busy sorting through what comes in from the local growers. It is dusty work, and your hands end up smelling like turmeric or ginger most of the time. We aren't a big corporation or anything. It's just a few of us here making sure the bags are filled and labeled correctly. The complex stays pretty busy during the week with people coming and going for their own errands. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's just how things are here. We don't really do much advertising. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or just walk in because they saw the sign. We try to keep the place tidy, but when you are dealing with bulk spices, there is always a bit of a mess on the floor. We just clean it up at the end of the day and start over the next morning. It is a steady routine. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local spot doing what we know how to do. The bags are heavy, and the work is simple, but we like it.
