We are Mexole Hospital Surgical Suppliesprivate Limited and we are based in the Edapally North area of Kochi. The specific spot is called Arkad, and we operate out of a building known as Edapally Upasana. It is not on the main highway, which is actually quite nice because it makes loading our surgical supplies into the delivery vans a lot easier. We don't have a storefront where people can just walk in and browse. It is more of an office and storage space for all the hospital equipment we handle. The neighborhood around Edapally North has changed a lot lately with new buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. Most of our work involves taking orders and getting boxes ready to go out to the various clinics and hospitals. The staff here is small, and we have been working together for a long time. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just focus on making sure the surgical supplies are handled properly and the records are kept straight. The building itself is a standard residential-style structure that was converted for business use. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. Sometimes the neighbor's dog bark at the delivery trucks, but that is just part of the daily routine here in Arkad. We don't have any flashy signs or slogans. We just stay busy with our work and try to get everything shipped out on time every day for the hospitals.
